Joy believes in building genuine connections. She understands that every situation is different, and many sellers simply need someone who will listen and understand their concerns. Her friendly, patient, and reassuring approach helps homeowners feel comfortable sharing their story, knowing they can speak openly and ask questions without pressure or judgment.
Fun fact: Joy enjoys cooking and baking, and she’s a proud mom of two boys. She’s also a coffee lover who enjoys making her own coffee at home in her cozy coffee nook. When it’s time to unwind, she enjoys watching medical and mystery-solving dramas like Greys’s Anatomy while getting her steps in on the treadmill.
Mark is born and raised in Houston, Texas, and is a seasoned real estate investor. One of the founders, he bought his first house subject-to the existing mortgage and reinstated the loan, and also worked out a discount on the 2nd lien with the lienholder, helping the seller avoid foreclosure and save his credit, in 2016. He is likely the first person you will meet face to face. Mark will present your offer and try his best to explain your options and put together a fair deal for everybody!
Fun fact: his background as a pharmacist at the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, the #1 ranked cancer hospital in the nation, means he brings that same attention to detail, ethics, and patient-focused care to helping sellers navigate their next chapter. He enjoys piano and going to the park and also snowboarding!
Zeus is someone you will speak with once we agree on a price and the title company is preparing closing. Behind every smooth closing and every beautifully renovated home is Zeus — the engine that keeps Absolute Properties running at full speed. As our operations, transactions, and renovations manager, Zeus handles the heavy lifting behind the scenes — coordinating deals, managing contractors, and making sure every property we acquire is transformed into something the neighborhood can be proud of!
Fun fact: Zeus is a dedicated father of three girls who values family and balance. In his free time, he enjoys playing guitar, going to the gym, and staying active. Saturdays playing padel with his cousins. He spends Sundays singing karaoke with his kids and makes time for movie nights with his family. He also enjoys watching anime while eating ramen for his "me time!”
